The 81-year-old Indian Teacher Still Transforming Lives
81-year-old Vimla Kaul retired as a government school teacher 20 years ago but she teaches under-privileged children English, Science, Maths and Environment in Delhi, as a gesture of giving back to society. Her school, Guldasta school, is a tiny four-room tenement,owns one computer and offers extra-curricular activities like yoga, dance and drill.
