SC Asks 92 Year-old Convict in Honour Killing to Surrender
The Supreme Court has dismissed a plea of a 92 year murder convict, who had filed a Special Leave Petition before the apex court seeking exemption from surrendering before police considering his age. The incident related to an ‘honour killing’ which happened in the year 1980 in Unnao district in Uttar Pradesh.
