Barcelona en Comú Wins Back City by Overthrowing the Elite
In May 2015, the citizen platform Barcelona en Comú came into power by building a platform that could bring together individuals and citizens’ movements in a coordinated way, so their voice could more easily be heard. They call themselves a platform, not a political party, and their real challenge is not to lose touch with reality, say members.
